East London is changing almost daily and as new world class creative and cultural organisations move in, local businesses are excited about the new business growth opportunities that this will bring.

Scale-up East Supply works with local enterprises keen to grow their businesses with some of their newest East London neighbours... the globally recognised institutions known as the East Bank Partners.

The Victoria & Albert Museum's V&A East, Sadlers Wells East, BBC Studios, University of Arts' London College of Fashion and University College London's UCL East have all moved in to Stratford and bring with them their own unique supply chains and procurement programmes 

Scale-up East SUPPLY is an engagement, skills and relationship building programme that will hopefully bring the partners together with a cohort of local enterprise creating new and future opportunities.

This is not a traditional MEET-the-BUYER programme, this flips that on its head and introduces the new "behemoths" to their local business community...one that could become an exciting new supply chain of the future for all.

Scale-up East SUPPLY goes beyond winning contracts. It's designed to open up conversations that may evolve into something commercially rewarding but equally it may manage the expectations of freelancers, micro and SME owners who are not yet ready for or able to gear up to deliver their products or services to large organisations.

Scale-up East SUPPLY is a modular programme designed to put all concerned on the same page. No guarantees are made regarding contracts but we do guarantee that skills, knowledge and understanding of how things work locally are equitable.

Delivered over six, half-day face-to-face events, delegates will  understand processes, skills needs and will come away with a bespoke action plan for next steps.

This is a people-focussed programme built on formal and informal networking, peer-to-peer support and the development of a future-skilled alumni that collaborates and grows
